Lineville Elementary

Lineville Elementary School is part of the Clay County School System with an average daily membership of 560 based on the forty-day reports for the 2006-07 academic year for Lineville Elementary School grades kindergarten through six. Based on the number of students receiving free and reduced-priced meals, fifty-one percent of the students are enrolled from low-income families.

While Lineville Elementary covers grades 3-6, they are not all in the same building or at the same location. The Main Campus is the home to Kindergarten and grades 3-5, Grades 1 and 2 are located at Barfield Primary School in Barfield and the 6th Grade can be found at the Vocational Building. 

The focus of Lineville Elementary School under the No Child Left Behind Act of 2001 is to implement a comprehensive, coherent, coordinated, and continuous program to help all students meet state challenging content standards.  Programs are designed to offer each student the opportunity to develop his / her full potential.
